The 2009 mesquite season

This is May of 2009, the past two months showed a strong flowering stance of the mesquite trees in the San Antonio area. This is indicative of a strong production of beans. Have yet to find the investor for a project making alcohol from these beans but will keep on looking.

Trisoy de Nayarit

A cookie making company in Tepic, Nayarit, Mexico has taken seriously the mesquite connection and have an approved cookie from mesquite meal (George Bain's - San Antonio, Texas) and oat meal, the cookie is to be recommended for diabetic suffering persons. Further study will be done to measure the meaningfullness of the cookie to the diabetic person.
